A warm welcome awaits you at Home Park Bed and Breakfast, Cornwall. The B&B is situated within its own
grounds of 1.5 acres with stunning panoramic views of the River Tamar. The surrounding countryside with its abundant
wildlife in the Tamar Valley are amazing. This 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', the peaceful situation and the standard of
accommodation will appeal to all tastes. Home Park B&B is famous for its comfortable beds and delicious breakfasts
- using all local organic produce and homemade bread and preserves, (vegetarian breakfast a particular
speciality).
B&B Rooms available:
A large double and a twin room with lovely views of the River Tamar and the valley. Tea
and coffee trays are provided in the rooms. Extensive off road parking is available within our own grounds.

The Bed and Breakfast overlooks the 1907 railway viaduct and the 14th Century National Trust property. Cotehele House,
a short 20 min walk from the house. Home Park B&B is close to the village centre and the River Tamar - a short
walk from the local pubs, shops and other amenities, a 10-minute walk from the railway station. The Tamar
Valley branch line connects Plymouth to Calstock and trains run six times a day, stopping at Bere Alston
and Bere Ferrers en route.
From Home Park Bed and Breakfast there are several picturesque walks on the banks of the River Tamar and in the Danescombe
Valley to Cotehele. The fine sandy beaches are within easy driving distance to the North and South coasts.
We are an ideal short stop-over on your way further down into Cornwall, or you might choose to stay longer
and use us as a base for exploring the beautiful counties of Devon and Cornwall.
The village of Calstock sits between Callington and Gunnislake - just 2 miles off the A390. Tavistock, a very interesting old
market town is 8 miles to the east, and Plymouth just 17 miles to the south. The golf course and country club at St Mellion is also
